How Long Have you Been A Blogger?

Well I started a while back at blogspot in 2012, but school and the fact that my laptop’s motherboard got fried came in between my blogging and I was a bit stupid back then to be honest. But I started Musings of a Girl in late December of 2015.

At what point do you think you will stop?

I don’t know, I am a bit unpredictable to myself even. I don’t think I will stop blogging as long as I have a computer, books to read, places to be and a functional brain.

What is the best thing?

About blogging? Well it gives me an outlet of sorts, I am not that person who people talk to when there are many people around (my friends talk to me and so does my family, but often I become a wallflower) and I love to read books so I love jotting down my thoughts about them, and the things that interest me.

What is the worst thing?

Keeping up, with going to work, attending university, reading books and keeping up with my sort of barely there social life I often don’t post a lot. So much to post and read not enough time!

How long does it take you to create/find pictures to use?

Well I would love to create my own pictures but I hardly have the energy at the end of the day, so basically Google search is my to go option for pictures. I take quite some time to select THE ONE. Lol.

Who’s your book crush?

While everyone loved Peeta in the Hunger Game trilogy, I was a Gale girl and still am.

Which author would you like to have on your blog?

Any author, i suppose. But who am I kidding, Khaled Hosseni, Elif Shafak, and JK Rowling are on top of my list. 😛

What do you wear when you write your blog?

Normal clothes, but sometimes my comfy PJs like the ones I have on right now while writing this! 🙂

How long does it take you to prepare a post?

An hour or two tops, depends on what I am writing about.

How do you feel about the book blogger community/culture?

Everyone is so nice, I love reading their posts, comments etc. I have come across a few bloggers who are in between the ages 12-16 but they are so good with what they do it is amazing.

What do you think one should do to have a successful blog?

I really don’t know, I wish I could dish out some amazing advice but keep posting, commenting, and give out kindness and smiles like free candy! 🙂
